Holiday NEWS

I teach Hatha Yoga, which is most often used to describe gentle, basic classes with no flow between poses. A hatha class will likely be a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation. This is a good place to learn beginners' poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.

Hatha yoga has been shown to reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, increase strength and reduce the risk of injury in daily life. It can reduce heart rate and blood pressure, and can help manage chronic diseases such as cancer, insomnia and chronic pain. Its psychological benefits can assist in weight loss by helping to control appetite.

We have all ages and mixed abilities attending our sessions.  Our groups are relaxed and welcoming. We encourage you to enjoy Yoga at your own pace. We believe that ‘if we are kind to our bodies, our bodies will be kind to us.’

Some of our clients have come to us to alleviate pain issues or to rehabilitate after operations. Read their testimonies and have a look at our gallery to see what we have achieved.

Our NEW Yoga studio offers a peaceful and intimate setting. Our classes are small so please contact us to book a space. We also offer one to one Yoga sessions, early morning and evening sessions.
