Events

Strawberry Studio have hosted some amazing events. here are a few highlights...

On Sunday 10th March we held another of our workshops. The power of Posture.

Debbie and guest speaker Dave Taylor, started the day with a posture assessment and then moved onto correcting any 'bad habits!' with postural alignment and yoga exercises.

We stopped for a vegan lunch. We had a 'healthy junk food' theme with BBQ Jackfruit 'pulled not pork' burgers and Smoky Soya 'not' chicken strips!  We finished with our usual selection of vegan cakes.

We ended the day with a relaxing Sound bath by Debbie.

On Sunday 3rd February we held another of our mini workshop days.
We started the day with Hatha Yoga with Debbie and then welcomed Marisa from Ascending Angels for a relaxing meditation.
We had a posture workshop, to show us how simply standing correctly can help us stay mobile until we're 100! (with the help of Dave)

We then enjoyed a three course Vegan lunch  packed with 'age busting' healthy vegan foods.

We focused on a plant based diet to support ageing. Foods that help with joint issues, foods with anti-inflammatory properties, maintaining vitamin levels with food alone...Age busting the vegan way!

We finished with a relaxing sound bath by Debbie.

On Sunday 2nd December we held a Yoga, meditation and relaxation day workshop.

We offered a four mini workshops. Hatha Yoga for the first
stretch and relax session. We were then joined by guest
healer, Marisa from Ascending Angels who introduced us
to Blue Triangle meditation and healing. We had guest
Rianna offering chakra meditation.

We then enjoyed a three course Vegan lunch followed by
a discussion with Debbie sharing plant based tips and recipes,
to help transition to a plant based lifestyle. We focused on
leading a plant based lifestyle to help with depression, anxiety
and general good health.
