Strawberry Weekend Retreats

Yoga weekend retreat  - A typical day would be.....

Arrive Friday evening from 6pm
7.30pm – Welcome meeting with healthy snacks & drinks (non alcoholic) 
7-8am  Satsang 
8-9.30am – Breakfast
10-11.30am – ‘Welcome the day’ Yoga session. An invigorating Yoga session to lift the spirits and set you up for the day. All abilities will be catered for and beginners need not worry. We encourage you to enjoy Yoga at your own pace.
12-1.30pm – Lunch
2-2.30pm – ‘Rest and digest’ yoga session.  
A  gentle session to help your body prepare for the walk.
   3-4.30pm – ‘Explore the downs’ An invigorating walk across the 
beautiful South Downs. Enjoy the views and breathe in the clean refreshing 
air. We will stop for relaxation sessions and (weather permitting) T’ai Chi on the downs. 
We can finish with refreshments* in the little tea house on the downs
6-7.30pm – Personal time – You are more than 
welcome to use the games room or lounge
7.30pm -evening - We organise a meal* and social event in a local restaurant, with transport there and back. 
7-8am  Satsang
8-9.30am – Breakfast
10-11.30am – Soulful Sunday Yoga session.  A slow and stress releasing session 
to balance your bodies ready for the busy week ahead. Our instructor will give 
you techniques to take away with you to incorporate into your daily life. 
12-1.30pm – Lunch
  2.00-2.30pm – Massage workshop – We will show you some simple massage 
techniques and relaxation postures. 
2.30-3.30pm – ‘Yoga in Life’ A brief discussion and then Q&A on how to in corporate clean eating, yoga, relaxation and meditation into your daily 
routines. We will be able to talk about some of the issues in your life and perhaps how to  work through them using some of the techniques you have experienced on our   retreat.
4pm – Farewell drinks and cakes.
