Yoga One-Day retreat - The Schedule

Arrive at 9am
9.30 -10am Satsang
10-11.30am – ‘Welcome the day’ Yoga session. An invigorating Yoga session to lift the spirits and set you up for the day
 All abilities will be catered for and beginners need not worry. We encourage you to enjoy Yoga at your own pace.
  12-1.30pm – Lunch
2-3pm – Massage workshop – We will show
 you some simple massage techniques and 
relaxation postures. 
 3-4.30pm – ‘Yoga in Life’ A brief discussion and then Q&A on how to incorporate clean eating, yoga, relaxation and meditation into your daily routines. We will be able to talk about some of the issues in your life and perhaps how to work through them using some of the techniques you have experienced on our retreat.
5-6pm – Farewell drinks and cakes.
Retreats are usually run at weekends, but weekdays are occasionally available so please ask. Longer retreats are also available but very limited. Advance bookings will be required.
