Group classes - £7 per session - 1 hour
Join any of our friendly mixed classes. All abilities welcome, as we structure the classes to suit all members.
Classes are held in the studio or outside in the park.

One to one Classes - £35 - 1 hour
Debbie will work closely with you to design a programme to specifically suit you. This is particularly good for people with a specific fitness goal and wish to target a specific areas. Marathon and Triathalon training are our speciality.

Sound bath for Healing and Meditation

One to one session - £60 - 1 hour
Enjoy a one to one sound bath session. Debbie will discuss any concerns you have and guide you through meditation and the sound bath. Ideal for people who may feel unable to relax in a group session, but want to experience the amazing healing properties of the sound bath.
Great for those who would like a more personalised class with a friend. Great for mum and daughter, best friends or couples sessions. Enjoy a personal meditation and sound bath.

'Sound bath with friends' - £10 per person 1 hour - (minimum 6 people - maximum 10 people)

Great for those who would like a more personalised class with one or two friends. Great for mum and daughter sessions, Get together with a few work friends or mums from school. Enjoy a group meditation and sound bath.

Debbie will work closely with you to design a programme to meet your needs. This is particularly good for people recovering from injury and wish to target a specific area or if you have a particular goal in mind and prefer a more private session.

'Yoga friends' - £35 per class - 1 hour
Great for those who would like a more personalised class with one or two friends. Great for mum and daughter sessions, Get together with a few work collegues or start a 'Yoga yummy Mummies' club! These sessions are for 2- 4 people only.
