MOVNAT move yoga

  Anyone can start practicing better movement today. Whether you are young or old, elite athletes or couch potatoes, I will show you some Natural Movement® and change how you move!

The skills you learn at Movnat will allow you to dramatically improve your ability to perform in every aspect of your daily life.

It will bring you back in touch with your innate movement skills and change how you think about movement.

Each week we will learn new Natural Movement® skills and I will give you 'Strawberry Snacks' to take away with you.
Strawberry Snacks are  little movements to practice at home. You will develop your progression throughout the week. 

I can promise that you will surprise yourself at your improvements with these simple daily drills.
